At Margarita Grill, we've developed our own salsas, and accent our eats and fish with special rubs and flavor enhancers. We often layer flavors by utilizing a variety of cooking techniques, including smoking, braising and wood-fired grilling. The result: hearty, flavorful Southwest-inspired dishes made with fresh local produce and a unique twist that's all our own.
