Margarita Grill, a family restaurant, has been owned and operated by two generations of the Rober family. Our emphasis has always been on hearty, flavorful food made using the freshest seasonal ingredients and whenever possible, we use produce grown locally and hand-selected by our chefs. We develop our own recipes, so you'll find our dishes each have a twist unique to Margarita Grill.
At Margarita Grill, we've developed our own salsas, and accent our meats and fish with special rubs and flavor enhancers. We often layer flavors by utilizing a variety of cooking techniques, including smoking, braising and wood-fired grilling. The result: hearty, flavorful Southwest-inspired dishes made with fresh local produce and a unique twist that's all our own.
